The best way to ensure that your party is a success is to hire a professional experienced, reputable children's entertainer, preferably one that comes with a recommendation. A large percentage of our work comes from re-bookings and recommendations. So we are always looking for ways to improve our services for our customers.

HOW CAN YOU HELP US TO FURTHER IMPROVE OUR SERVICE?

What really helps us, is receiving the customer feedback form that is sent to you after you book with us. These have really helped us to help customers like you, who are visiting our website with the view to booking one of our entertainers. In the feedback form we simply ask what you thought of the entertainer, the act content, the service, your comments, and whether you think we could improve the service in any way. These comments are listed next to the relevent entertainers biogs throughout the whole website, so that our prospective customers can see exactly what our previous customers thought of both our entertainers and our service.

There are two quick and easy ways to fill in the feedback questionnaire. You can either fill it in and pop it back to us in the post. Or if you prefer you can fill in an online form.

We often get satisfied customers sending in pictures of the their child's party or event with thank you letters. They often say that we can feel free to use the photographs on our website or in our publicity.  This is great and really helps other parents to see our entertainers in action.
